Shipping and Delivery Terms for Orders within Germany
1. Delivery within the Country (Germany): Delivery is only available within Germany.
2. Shipping Costs (including VAT): We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping. These costs include the statutory value-added tax.
3. Delivery Times: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) usually takes place within 4 to 7 days after the conclusion of the contract. This applies if no different delivery period is specified in the offer. If prepayment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after the time of your payment instruction.
4. Delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
5. Multiple Items with Different Delivery Times: If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
