The items will be shipped within 48 hours and should generally arrive within 2-5 business days.

Please note that there may occasionally be delays with the respective postal service. However, we will provide a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email.

To help your product last a long time, please do not iron it. You can wash it on the delicate cycle (also known as "care wash") at 30 degrees, but make sure to turn it inside out first.

Currently we do not offer free returns. Therefore, you will need to cover all return shipping costs yourself. We strongly recommend returning the items via a registered, trackable service and obtaining and keeping proof of shipment, as we can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
